如何折三明治纸盒 How to fold a sandwich bag

将做好的三明治,放入用油纸折的纸盒里,就立刻有不一样的感觉。
*好想去野餐的feel~*
包上保鲜纸,就可以带出门了。
用油纸折的三明治纸盒,即美观,也方便携带。
Put your sandwich in the d.i.y greaseproof sandwich bag, wrap it with cling wrap, and you are now ready to go with your favourite homemade sandwich! 

沙丁鱼三明治 Sardine Sandwich


材料:(2人份)
土司---6片
黄甜椒---半个
沙丁鱼---1小罐
洋葱---1个
橡叶生菜---10片
指天椒---1根

做法:
  1. 将黄甜椒切丝,洋葱和指天椒切碎,沙丁鱼捣烂备用。
  2. 热锅下油,爆香洋葱和指天椒。
  3. 加入沙丁鱼翻炒片刻。
  4. 将黄甜椒放入另一个平底锅,稍微翻炒片刻。
  5. 土司去边,放入平底锅加热。
  6. 把橡叶生菜和沙丁鱼放在一片土司上,并盖上另一片土司。接着,放上黄甜椒和盖上另一片土司。
  7. 将三明治切半,装入三明治纸盒即可。

Ingredients:(2 servings)
Toast---6 slices
Yellow capsicum---1/2  nos
Sardine---1 small can
Onion---1 nos
Oakleaf lettuce---10 pcs
Bird's eye chili---1 nos

Method:
  1. Julienne the yellow capsicum; chop the onion and bird's eye chili; mash the sardine.
  2. Heat a pan with some oil, saute the chopped onion and chili.
  3. Add in the sardine and stir for a while.
  4. Heat the capsicum in another pan.
  5. Trim the sides of the sandwich toast and heat them in a pan.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by putting lettuce, sardine, toast, capsium and finally another slice of toast.
  7. Cut the sandwich into half and put them inside the sandwich bags. Ready to serve.

粉葛虫草花排骨汤 Kudzu Root Cordyceps Flower Pork Rib Soup

材料(4人份):
排骨---200g
粉葛---手掌般大小
虫草花---1/2碗
红萝卜---1根
玉米---1根
红枣---5颗
清水---约1.5公升
盐---适量

做法:
  1. 热一锅水,将排骨汆烫片刻后,取出洗去杂质。
  2. 把排骨和其他食材放入一锅清水中,以中火煮至沸腾后,继续煮约20分钟。
  3. 将锅子锁入焖烧锅中,让其自行焖煮约3小时。
  4. 最后,加入盐调味即可。
备注:
如果家中没有焖烧锅,可将火转至小火,继续煮约3小时即可。
Ingredients (4 servings):
Pork ribs---200g
Kudzu root---Palm-sized
Cordyceps flower---1/2 bowl
Carrot---1 nos
Corn---1 nos
Red dates---5 nos
Water---Approx. 1.5L
Salt---Add to taste

Methods:
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the pork ribs and rinse to eliminate the impurities.
  2. Put all the ingredients into another pot of water, bring it to a boil and continue to cook for approx. 20 mins.
  3. Keep the pot into the thermal cooker and let it cook for approx. 3 hours.
  4. Lastly, add in some salt to taste.
Remark:
If you have no thermal cooker available, you may boil the soup over low heat and cook for approx. 3 hours.
